I am the mother of a son with autism. When he was diagnosed, I read about removing dairy and wheat/gluten from his diet. I started selling baked goods at Farmers' Markets in 2007 and opened a full service commercial kitchen in 2012.

We are a 100% dedicated gluten and dairy free environment. About 70% of our products are vegan as well. We can also accommodate other allergen concerns like corn and soy as well.

We use non-GMO flours and local ingredients (when possible) and seasonal local fruit.
